Caravan SandWitch gets Photo Mode update and Steam discount
Developer Plane Toast has just released a new update for its hopeful post-apocalyptic game Caravan SandWitch, adding a Photo Mode.
The free update, which is available for all platforms, allows you to unleash your inner photographer through the new Photo Mode, giving you a chance to take as many snaps as you’d like.
The update also implements a bunch of fixes, including:
- Crashes when starting the game
- Cepe’s quest taxi spline not being visible
- The community service achievement not unlocking
- Issues with French text translation
- The word “Quoi?” not being translated when speaking to Nefle during the Aqueduct setup sequence
- The translation of the Nomad Seeds item name
- The tomb door in Lamarr’s quest disappearing after changing chapters
- Some door names not being translated when using the antenna scanner
In celebration of the new update, Caravan SandWitch is 20% off on Steam from 7pm CET/6pm GMT today (November 27th).
Plane Toast has confirmed “additional platform updates” on the horizon, as well as a GoG release on December 4th, and physical releases of the game on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation next year, as we reported here.
