Kappa Bits has announced that its upcoming RPG life sim Pixelshire is launching in May for PC, with PlayStation 5 and Switch versions coming later in the year.

The game is set in the vast continent of Arcadia and the game tasks you with building and shaping the town of Pixelshire to grow a community. Build and place houses for residents, and design everything to give residents a personalised home suited to their needs and preferences.

Forge friendships with neighbours to form allies that can follow and help you with tasks, and unlock skills and talents tied to them by assisting them back.

You’ll also need to terraform the town to create rivers, hills, and other gorgeous landscapes, while also exploring the gigantic continent and diving into mines and dungeons and tackling enemies.

And when you’re not doing any of the above, you can dabble in activities like farming, animal caring, fishing, and mastering magic for even more fun.

Pixelshire will be released on May 8th for PC via Steam. You can wishlist it now, and don’t forget to check back for news on the PlayStation and Switch versions.
