Hello Kitty Island Adventure is getting a physical deluxe edition

Developer Sunblink has announced it’s releasing a physical Deluxe Edition of Hello Kitty Island Adventure for the Nintendo Switch this year.

Based on Sanrio, the cosy life-sim launched digitally on the Switch at the end of last month, but a Deluxe Edition will launch this Spring featuring the base game plus three Deluxe Bundles that offer a boosted start and sets of Legacy items:

Deluxe Event Bundle: A bundle of over 330 unique items and rewards, including one year of Legacy Event clothing and furniture, and other cosmetics from seasonal events.
Deluxe Starter Bundle: A bundle of friendship blossoms, bouquets, and strawberry crates.
Deluxe Crafting Bundle: A bundle of crafting items like dye, sticks, iron ore, and rubber.

The Deluxe Edition of Hello Kitty Island Adventure is available to pre-order now from specialist retail stores across Europe and North America, and it is priced at £52.99/€59.99/$59.99.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure follows Kitty and her friends at Big Adventures Park, where My Melody is opening a brand-new gift shop. What awaits is more than a gorgeous tropical island getaway; a massive world filled with several distinct biomes can be explored, from haunted mansions in spooky swamps to fiery mountains and tropical reefs.

Be who you want with the game’s wide range of customisation options, all while enjoying a range of activities: bake using recipes, brew magic potions, collect insects and fish, complete quests to deepen your friendship with beloved characters, and decorate your home and the wider world, either alone or in multiplayer.
