Playtonic Friends and MegaWobble have announced an expansion for Lil Gator Game.

Titled In The Dark, the expansion sees Gator as he heads beneath the surface to explore mysterious caves, all while meeting new characters and finding new toys and gadgets to play with, including bombs if the trailer is to go by.

Also announced was a Gator of the Year Edition, which combines the base game with the upcoming expansion. It’ll be made available alongside the expansion launch for PS5, Xbox Series consoles, and Nintendo Switch.

Playtonic hasn’t confirmed a release date for the expansion or Gator of the Year Edition, but has teased further reveals in the coming months. In the meantime, you can check out the expansion trailer below:
